Lamb Jam returns this May! Join us at Zaytinya DC for a celebration of American lamb in partnership with the American Lamb Board. Chefs from across the country will be featuring a special dish in their restaurants for the month of May, and will compete for the winning dish!
Chef Michael Costa is sharing his Seven Spice Roasted Lamb Leg, which will be offered at Zaytinya from May 1st through 31st. Plus, don't forget to snap a picture of the dish and submit your vote for Zaytinya to be entered to win one of three prizes!
